The first floor comprises relatively a smaller Hall, two rooms with attached toilets, a big kitchen, a utility room and common toilets.

The community Hall is also available on payment for arranging private get- togethers and parties.

Concessional rates are provided to members of KVRWA for booking of community Hall.
