As per the clause 12.0 of the Technical Brochure issued by CGEWHO, an Memorandum of Association was formed by the members comprising of 256 allottees of Phase-1 on 12.6.2014 in the name of Kendriya Vihar Apartment Owners Association (KVAOWA) which was later renamed as Kendriya Vihar Resident Welfare Association (KVRWA) and was registered as a society under Society Registration Act, 1860 with the Assistant Registrar of Society cum Additional District Magistrate, Bhubaneswar on 17.05.2016
